    • Plein Air Painters should register at the Rockhound State Park Visitors Center to be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 gift certificate to be awarded at the end of the day.
    • Visitor Center hours are 10:00 am to noon, 1 to 4:00 pm. All plein air artists can participate in the drawing at the Visitor Center.
    • The "Painting Day" is part of the New Mexico Plein Air Painters of New Mexico and the Albuquerque Open Space Alliance to have a juried art show to celebrate New Mexico's public lands.
